O combinatie inedita de ingrediente si arome, absolut delicioasa si ultra rapid si usor de facut. 🙂
Ingrediente: (Pentru 4 portii)
- 250 g tagliatelle
- o mana mare de miez de nuca (40-50 g)
- 50 g rucola
- 40 g unt
- 200 g pesto verde
- coaja rasa de la o lamaie
- 200 g feta
- 2 cartofi dulci mari (~350 g)
- cateva frunze de busuioc proaspat

Preparare:
Pastele se fierb conform instructiunilor. Pastrati un pic din apa de la paste, e posibil sa aveti nevoie de ea cand amestecati pastele cu alte ingrediente, daca acestea vor fi prea uscate. Nucile se rumenesc putin intr-o tigaie fara ulei.
Cartofii dulci se curata de coaja si cat se fierb pastele, se rumenesc intr-o tigaie. Se adauga untul si cand acesta s-a topit se adauga cartofii taiati cuburi medii. Se pune sare si piper si se rumenesc pret de cateva minute, pana cand se inmoaie si prind culoare.

Cand pastele sunt fierte, se pun intr-un bol impreuna cu rucola, coaja rasa de la o lamaie si pesto si se amesteca bine. Puteti pune si o jumatate de polonic din apa in care au fiert pastele, daca vi se pare ca sunt prea uscate. Se amesteca bine si se transfera pe un platou.

Peste, presaram bucati de feta, nucile si cartofii rumeniti mai devreme. Aruncam deasupra cateva frunze proaspate de busuioc, potrivim de sare si piper si gata 🙂

Ingredients: (For 4 servings)
- 250 g tagliatelle
- a large handful of walnuts (40-50 g)
- 50 g rucola
- 40 g butter
- 200 g green pesto
- grated peel from a lemon
- 200 g feta
- 2 large sweet potatoes (~350 g)
- a few leaves of fresh basil
Preparation:
Boil the pasta according to the instructions.
Save a little water from the pasta, you may need it when mixing the pasta with other ingredients, if the food feels too dry.
Brown the walnuts in a pan without using oil.
Peel the sweet potatoes and brown them in a pan while the pasta is cooking. Add the butter and when it is melted, add the potatoes cut into medium cubes. Add salt and pepper and brown for a few minutes, until they soften.
When the pasta is cooked, put it in a bowl together with rucola, grated lemon peel and pesto and mix well. You can also add half a cup of the water in which the pasta boiled, if you think they are too dry. Mix well and transfer to a plate. Sprinkle on top pieces of feta, the walnuts and the potatoes you cooked earlier. Add some fresh basil leaves on top, season with salt and pepper and that’s it 🙂
