Delicios si ultra simplu de facut, acest fel de mancare e un rasfat al gusturilor.
Ingrediente: (pentru 4 portii)
- 600 g cartofi micuti
- 5 fire de praz
- 50 g unt
- 200 g branza gouda (puteti folosi si alta branza topibila sau cascaval afumat/simplu)
- 6 catei de usturoi
- 200 ml smantana de gatit
- sare + piper
- cateva fire de cimbru sau rozmarin proaspat
- cateva fire de patrunjel proaspat pentru servit

Preparare:
Cartofii se spala bine cu un buretel si se taie in doua sau in patru in functie de cat de mari sunt. Prazul se curata la capete si se taie bucati de aproximativ 3 cm. Usturoiul se curata si se taie felii. Branza se taie cubulete potrivite.

Intr-o oala cu apa punem la fiert cartofii. Ii fierbem 10 minute (din momentul in care apa incepe efectiv sa fiarba). Cu 2 minute inainte sa oprim focul adaugam si prazul.

Pornim cuptorul si il lasam sa se incinga la 190 de grade.
Intr-o tigaie, punem untul si cand acesta s-a topit adaugam usturoiul. Amestecam bine si gatim cam 1 minut. Adaugam apoi smantana de gatit, amestecam bine si apoi punem branza si presaram piper. Amestecam un pic si oprim focul.

Pregatim o tava pentru cuptor.
Punem in tava cartofii si prazul scurse bine de apa. Peste ele turnam amestecul de branza si smantana si il distribuim egal. Presaram cateva frunze de cimbru si putin piper si dam la cuptorul preincalzit pentru aproximativ 25-30 de minute sau pana cand mancarea este frumos rumenita.

La final presaram patrunjel proaspat tocat. Lasam 5-10 minute sa se raceasca si servim.

Delicious and ultra simple to make, this kind of food is a treat for the taste buds.
Ingredients: (for 4 servings)
- 600 g small potatoes
- 5 leeks
- 50 g butter
- 200 g gouda cheese (you can also use another type of cheese that melts nicely, or smoked/plain cheese)
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 200 ml cooking cream
- salt + pepper
- a few sprigs of fresh thyme or rosemary
- a few sprigs of fresh parsley to serve
Preparation:
Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes (start counting from the moment the water actually starts to boil). Add the leeks 2 minutes before you turn off the heat.
Start the oven and let it heat up to 190 degrees.
In a pan, add the butter and when it is melted, add the garlic. Mix well and cook for about 1 minute. Then add the cooking cream, mix well and add the cheese and sprinkle with pepper. Mix a little and turn off the heat.
Prepare an oven tray.
Transfer the well drained potatoes and leeks into the pan. Pour the mixture of cheese and cream over them and distribute it evenly. Sprinkle some thyme leaves and a little pepper and put in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the food is nicely browned.
When it’s done, sprinkle the freshly chopped parsley on top of it. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes and serve.
