Placinte la tigaie cu feta si ceapa verde – Pies with feta cheese and spring onions / Vegetarian

Ultra delicioase si rapid de facut, sunt ideale de luat in excursie, ca snack, ca si gustare, la pranz sau seara, calde sau reci, cu iaurt sau simple, vor constitui o gustare delicioasa, hranitoare si plina de savoare.

Ingrediente: (pentru 8 portii)

  • 500 g feta (sau telemea)
  • 470 g faina
  • 390 ml iaurt simplu
  • 6-7 fire de ceapa verde
  • 15 g praf de copt
  • putin piper
  • putin ulei de masline

Preparare:

Se pregateste aluatul amestecand iaurtul cu faina, praful de copt si putin piper. Se amesteca tot pana la omogenizare, cu mana, framantad pana cand toate ingredientele sunt bine incorporate. Se presara blatul de lucru cu faina si se mai framanta putin aluatul, se face o bila care se imparte in 8 si bucatile rezultate se fac si ele bile la randul lor. Le lasam putin deoparte.

Intr-un bol, amestecam branza maruntita cu ceapa tocata marunt. Cu ajutorul unui sucitor, luam pe rand cate o bila de aluat si o intindem cat de bine putem. Impartim umplutura in 8 parti egale si punem cate o portie pe fiecare bila intinsa de aluat. O pliem pe jumatate si apoi sigilam marginile, rasucindu-le impreuna. Procedam astfel pana cand am facut toate cele 8 placintele.

Punem putin ulei de masline in tigaie si cand acesta s-a incins, punem cate o placintica. Le rumenim 1-2 minute pe fiecare parte, verificand sa nu se arda. Le intoarcem folosind o paleta. Le coacem la foc mediu. Inainte de a coace fiecare placintica, ungem tigaia cu putin ulei.

Sunt incredibil de bune calde.

Ultra delicious and easy to make, they are ideal as a snack, for lunch or for dinner, hot or cold, with yogurt or plain, they are delicious and nutritious.

Ingredients: (for 8 servings)

  • 500 g feta
  • 470 g flour
  • 390 ml plain yogurt
  • 6-7 spring onions
  • 15 g baking powder
  • a little pepper
  • a little olive oil

Preparation:

Prepare the dough by mixing the yogurt with the flour, baking powder, and a little pepper. Mix with your hands until homogeneous and until all the ingredients are well incorporated. Sprinkle your work surface with flour and knead the dough a little more, make a ball, and divide it into 8 equal ball-shaped pieces. Leave them aside for a while.

In a bowl, mix the shredded cheese with the finely chopped onion. With the help of a rolling pin, take a ball of dough and stretch it as best as you can. Divide the cheese filling into 8 equal parts and put one portion on each stretched ball of dough. Fold it in half and then seal the edges, twisting them together. Proceed in this way until you have 8 pies.

Put a little olive oil in the pan and when it has heated up, put one pie at a time. Brown them for 1-2 minutes on each side, checking that they don’t burn. Turn them on the other side using a spatula. Fry them on medium heat. Before baking each pie, re-grease the pan with a little oil.

They are incredibly tasty if you serve them warm.
