Ultra delicioasa si super usor de facut, nu va va da batai de cap si va fi gata imediat. Este buna rece, la temperatura camerei sau de la frigider, dar o puteti savura si calduta. O prajituira clasica in bucataria olandeza, nu se dezice de la stilul ne-complicat de gatit al acestora.
Ingrediente: (pentru o tava de 23 cm – ~8 portii)
- 250 g faina alba
- 200 g unt la temperatura camerei (taiat cubulete)
- 160 g zahar
- 2 oua
- coaja rasa de la o lamaie bio
- esenta de vanilie
- fulgi de migdale sau migdale intregi fara coaja

Preparare:
Intr-un bol se amesteca toate ingredientele in afara de unul din oua. Amestecam bine cu mana pana cand am obtinut un aluat compact. Transferam totul intr-o tava si nivelam cu degetele suprafata. Dam la frigider pentru 30 min.

Cand au trecut cele 30 de minute, scoatem prajitura din frigider. Pornim cuptorul la 180 de grade si il lasam sa se incinga. Intr-un bol batem oul si il punem deasupra prajiturii. Il intindem bine cu ajutorul unei pensule de patiserie. Presaram deasupra fulgi de migdale.

Ultra delicious and super easy to prepare. It is good cold, served at room temperature or from the refrigerator, but you can also enjoy it warm.
A classic cake in the Dutch kitchen.
Ingredients: (for a 23 cm pan – ~8 servings)
- 250 g white flour
- 200 g butter at room temperature (cut into cubes)
- 160 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- grated peel from an organic lemon
- vanilla essence
- flaked almonds or whole almonds without skin
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, except one egg. Mix well, using your hands, until you have a compact dough. Transfer everything to a tray and level the surface with your fingers. Refrigerate for 30 min.
After 30 minutes take the cake out of the refrigerator. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees celsius and let it heat up. Beat the remaining egg in a bowl and distribute it on the top of the cake with the help of a pastry brush. Sprinkle almond flakes on top.
Place in the preheated oven for approximately 30-40 minutes or until the cake is nicely browned.
Let it cool and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. You can also serve it warm, but it is better cold.
The texture is compact, moist, and the cake is full of flavor. It goes great with coffee, tea or ice cream.
