Frittata denumeste un tip de omleta din bucataria italiana, care poate fi facuta cu diverse legume, branza sau tipuri de carne si care de regula se coace intr-o tigaie pe aragaz sau intr-o tava la cuptor. Varianta mea este facuta in cuptor, este usor de preparat, plina de arome si plina de ingrediente super bune. Legat de ingrediente: va puteti juca atat in privinta cantitatilor cat si a ingredientelor cuprinse in frittata, puteti pune ce aveti in frigider, ce va place sau ce aveti pofta. 🙂
Ingrediente: (pentru 4 portii)
- 7 oua mari (sau 8 medii)
- 150 g broccoli proaspat
- 50 g unt
- 3-4 fire de ceapa verde
- 100 ml lapte
- 200 g sparanghel
- cateva fire de cepsoara taiate marunt (optional)
- sare + piper

Preparare:
Broccoli se spala si se taie buchetele cat mai mici de pe tija. Ceapa verde se toaca marunt. Sparanghelul se spala si se curata/taie la capete. Ouale se amesteca intr-un bol cu laptele, cepsoara tocata, sare si piper.

Intr-o oala cu apa si putina sare se pun buchetelele de broccoli la fiert si se dau in clocot pentru 3-4 minute. Se scurg apoi bine intr-o sita si se lasa un pic deoparte.
Intr-o tigaie incapatoare se pune untul la incins si cand acesta s-a topit se adauga sparanghelul presarat cu putina sare si piper si se rumeneste pret de 2-3 minute. Scoatem din tigaie cu ajutorul unui cleste sparanghelul si il punem intr-o farfurie. In aceeasi tigaie, in untul ramas, rumenim 2 minute broccoli-ul oparit mai devreme, peste care presaram putina sare si putin piper.

Pornim cuptorul la 180 de grade si il lasam sa se incinga. Pregatim o tava pe care o ungem cu putin ulei. Cu ajutorul unui tel amestecam bine ouale, laptele si cepsoara tocata. Adaugam in compozitie brocoli-ul rumenit si ceapa verde taiata si amestecam bine. Transferam totul in tava si deasupra aranjam sparanghelul rumenit mai devreme. Presaram sare si piper.

Se da la cuptorul preincalzit pentru aproximativ 20-25 de minute sau pana cand este bine rumenita.

Frittata is a type of omelet from Italian cuisine, which can be made with various vegetables, cheese, or meat and which is usually baked in a pan on the stove or in the oven. My version is baked in the oven, it is easy to prepare, full of flavors, and full of super good ingredients.
Speaking about ingredients: you can play with both the quantities and the ingredients included in the frittata, you can put what you have in the fridge, what you like, or what you fancy. 🙂
Ingredients: (for 4 servings)
- 7 large eggs (or 8 medium)
- 150 g fresh broccoli
- 50 g butter
- 3-4 spring onions
- 100 ml milk
- 200 g asparagus
- a few finely chopped champignons (optional)
- salt + pepper
Preparation:
Wash the broccoli and cut the florets as small as possible. Finely chop the spring onion. Wash the asparagus and clean/cut the ends. Mix the eggs with the milk, add the chopped mushrooms, salt and pepper.
Boil the broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes in a pot with water and a little salt. Then drain well in a colander and leave a little aside. Heat the butter in a large pan and when it is melted, add the asparagus sprinkled with a little salt and pepper and brown it for 2-3 minutes. Remove the asparagus from the pan and put it on a plate. In the same pan, in the remaining butter, brown for 2 minutes, the broccoli that you previously boiled earlier, sprinkling a little salt and a little pepper over it.
Turn on the oven at 180 degrees celsius and let it heat up. Prepare a tray and grease it with a little oil. With the help of a whisk, mix the eggs, milk and chopped mushrooms. Add the browned broccoli and chopped green onion to the mixture and mix it all together. Transfer everything to the tray and arrange the browned asparagus on top. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Put it in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until it is well browned.
