Delicios si ultra usor de facut. Desi nu este cel mai fotogenic fel de mancare pe care l-am facut, va promit ca este aceasta „ratusca cea urata” si ca este absolut delicios. Si important: se face foarte repede si totul se petrece intr-un singur vas ☺️
Va ia doar 10 minute sa asamblati totul si apoi nu ramane decat sa asteptati cuptorul sa isi faca treaba 💜
Ingrediente: (pentru 2 portii)
- 400 g carne de pui (eu am avut pulpe dezosate, voi puteti folosi ce va place sau ce aveti: piept, copanele etc)
- 3 linguri mari de pesto
- 4 catei de usturoi
- o lingurita piper, o lingurita boia si o lingurita sare
- 30 ml ulei de masline
- 70 g branza tip cascaval (eu am avut gouda)
- 15 rosii cherry
- 3 fire de oregano proaspat (sau uscat daca nu aveti dar intotdeauna ierburile aromatice proaspete sunt mai aromate)
- busuioc proapspat pentru ornat

Preparare:
Se spala carnea si se pune intr-un bol impreuna cu uleiul si condimentele si se amesteca bine.
Branza se da pe razatoare iar rosiile se taie in jumatate.
Usturoiul se curata si se taie felii.

Pornim cuptorul la 190 de grade si il lasam sa se incinga.
Intr-o tava, punem firele de oregano si peste ele adaugam carnea. Adaugam usturoiul taiat si pesto pe deasupra.

Intindem uniform pesto-ul peste carne, adaugam rosiile, punem 20 ml apa si branza rasa pe deasupra. Presaram piper deasupra si acoperim cu o folie de staniol. Dam la cuptorul preincalzit pentru ~50 minute – 1 ora. Dupa 40 de minute indepartam folia de aluminiu. Mai lasam cam 15-20 minute sau pana cand branza este frumos rumenita si carnea este gatita.

Puteti servi simplu sau alaturi de salata preferata.

Delicious and ultra-easy to prepare. Although it’s not the most photogenic dish I’ve made, I promise you that it’s the „The Ugly Duckling” of foods and that it’s absolutely delicious. And what’s really important: everything happens in one pot ☺️
It will only take 10 minutes to assemble everything and then all you have to do is wait for the oven to do its job 💜
Ingredients: (for 2 servings)
- 400 g chicken meat (I had boneless thighs, you can use what you like or what you have: breast, drumsticks, etc.)
- 3 large spoons of pesto
- 4 cloves of garlic
- a teaspoon of pepper, a teaspoon of paprika and a teaspoon of salt
- 30 ml of olive oil
- 70 g cheese (I had gouda)
- 15 cherry tomatoes
- 3 sprigs of fresh oregano (or dried if you don’t have it, but fresh herbs are always more aromatic)
- fresh basil leaves
Preparation:
Wash the meat and put it in a bowl together with the oil and spices and mix well.
Grate the cheese and cut the tomatoes in half.
Peel the garlic and cut it into slices.
Turn on the oven to 190 degrees Celsius and let it heat up.
In a tray, put the oregano threads and add the meat on top of them. Add the chopped garlic and some pesto on top of the meat.
Spread the pesto evenly over the meat, add the tomatoes, put 20 ml of water and grated cheese on top. Sprinkle pepper on top and cover with an aluminium foil. Place the tray in the preheated oven for ~50 minutes – 1 hour. After 40 minutes, remove the aluminium foil. Put it back in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is nicely browned and the meat is cooked. Decorate with fresh basil leaves.
Serve it simple or with your favourite salad.
