Mini ardei umpluti cu branza – Cheesy peppers / Vegetarian

Aveam multe bucati de branza, de diverse tipuri, prin frigider si mi-am zis ca e pacat sa le las sa se strice. Asa ca m-am gandit ca nu ar fi o idee rea sa incerc sa fac la cuptor, niste ardei umpluti cu branza. A iesit un aperitiv extrem de usor de facut si extrem de gustos, pe care cu siguranta il voi repeta cand voi avea musafiri sau la vreun party.

Ingrediente:

  • ~800 g ardei mini (din aceia de snack – eu am avut si cativa jalapenos)
  • ~500 g de diverse feluri de branza (eu am avut Gouda, blue cheese, Saint Paulin si niste Caprimera Liguria – dar puteti folosi orice combinatie de branze aveti prin frigider, de la cascaval, telemea sau chiar branza de burduf ☺️)
  • cateva fire de ceapa verde
  • o legatura patrunjel
  • o legatura marar
  • piper
  • o lingurita fulgi de chilli
  • 30 ml ulei de masline

Preparare:

Se spala ardeii si se taie in doua pe lung. Indepartam semintele si ii punem intr-un bol.

Cand am terminat de curatat ardeii, adaugam uleiul de masline si piperul si amestecam bine.

Intr-un bol separat, dam pe razatoare branza. Taiem cat mai marunt ceapa verde si tocam marunt patrunjelul si mararul. Adaugam fulgii de chilli si amestecam bine.

Umplem fiecare jumatate de ardei cu compozitie de branza avand grija sa nu punem prea mult si sa presam bine compozitia in ardei.

Ii adaugam trepatat intr-o tava pregatita cu hartie de copt si suntem atenti cand ii punem, sa stea cat mai drepti, ca sa nu riscam sa se scurga din ei umplutura cand sunt la cuptor.

Cand am terminat, dam tava la cuptorul preincazlit la 200 de grade Celsius si ii coacem pentru ~15-20 de minute sau pana cand s-au rumenit frumos.

Cand sunt gata ii lasam 3-4 minute sa se raceasca un pic si apoi ii transferam pe un platou.

Se servesc calduti si sunt DELICIOSI! 💜

English translation:

I had a lot of pieces of various types of cheese in the fridge and I thought it would be a shame to let them spoil.

So I thought it wouldn’t be a bad idea to try making some baked cheesy peppers. 😀 The result was an extremely easy-to-make and extremely tasty appetizer, which I will definitely repeat when I have guests or at a party.

Ingredients:

  • ~800 g mini peppers (the snack ones – I also had a few jalapenos)
  • ~500 g of various types of cheese (I had Gouda, blue cheese, Saint Paulin and some Caprimera Liguria – but you can use any combination of cheeses you have in the fridge ☺️)
  • a few strands of spring onion
  • a bunch of parsley
  • a bunch of dill
  • pepper
  • a teaspoon of chili flakes
  • 30 ml of olive oil

Preparation:

Wash the peppers and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds. Put the peppers in a bowl.

When you’re finished cleaning the peppers, add the olive oil and pepper over them and mix well.

In a separate bowl, grate the cheese. Cut the green onion as small as possible and finely chop the parsley and dill. Add the chilli flakes and mix well.

Fill each half of the pepper with the cheese mixture, taking care not to put too much and press the mixture well into the pepper.

Add them gradually to a tray prepared with baking paper and make sure to put them as straight as possible so that there is no risk of the filling leaking out of them when they are in the oven.

When you are done, put the tray in the preheated oven to 200 degrees Celsius, and bake them for ~15-20 minutes or until they are nicely browned.

When they are ready, let them cool for 3-4 minutes and then transfer them to a plate.

Serve them warm, they are DELICIOUS! 💜
