Guacamole este mancarea care ma salveaza cand sunt in pana de inspiratie 🙂
A voastra care e?
Aceasta este reteta de guacamole cum o fac eu, desigur exista diverse variatiuni, cu alte cantitati sau alte ingrediente secundare, dar toate au ca baza: avocado, zeama de lime (sau lamaie daca nu aveti), rosii, ceapa si coriandru.
Mancarea aceasta se face usor, are doar cateva ingrediente, este vegana, rapid de facut si ultra delicioasa.
Ingrediente: (pentru 5 portii)
- 5 avocado bine copti
- ~20 rosii cherry
- 3-4 catei de usturoi
- 2-3 fire de ceapa verde
- coriandru proaspat
- o ceapa medie
- un ardei jalapeno (sau orice alt ardei iute va place)
- sare + piper
- putina boia
- un lime

Preparare:
Curatam avocado de coaja si sambure si il taiem cuburi. Curatam ceapa de coaja si o taiem cuburi. Taiem rosiile in doua. Curatam usturoiul si il taiem bucatele. Ardeiul iute il curatam de samburi si il taiem felii. Ceapa verde se toaca marunt.

Stoarcem zeama din lime intr-un recipient. Taiem grosier coriandrul.
Punem intr-un blender: avocado curatat, rosiile, ardeiul iute, ceapa, usturoiul, corindru, zeama de lime, sare, piper si un praf de boia. Dam totul prin blender pana cand obtinem consistenta dorita. Mai potriviti de sare si piper daca e cazul
Unora le place mai cremos, altora le place mai texturat, important e sa fie pe placul vostru. Mie imi place cumva intre.

Servim cu ceapa verde presarata deasupra.
Mie imi place sa il mananc pe lipii, dar merge la fel de bine pe paine, paine prajita, cu morcovi, tije de apio, bucati de ardei gras etc.

This is my interpretation of the recipe for guacamole, of course, there are a lot of variations, with different quantities or different secondary ingredients, but they all have as a base: avocado, lime juice (or lemon), tomatoes, onions and cilantro.
This dish is easy to make, has only a few ingredients, is vegan, quick to prepare and ultra delicious.
Ingredients: (for 5 servings)
- 5 well-ripened avocados
- ~20 cherry tomatoes
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 2-3 spring onions
- fresh coriander
- 1 medium onion
- 1 jalapeno pepper (or any hot pepper you like/have)
- salt + pepper
- some paprika
- 1 lime
Preparation:
Squeeze the lime juice. Coarsely chop the coriander.
Put in a blender: the cleaned avocado, tomatoes, hot pepper, onion, garlic, coriander, lime juice, salt, pepper and a pinch of paprika powder. Mix everything through the blender until you get the desired consistency. Add more salt and pepper if necessary
Some people like it creamier, while others like it with more texture. I like it somehow in between.
Serve with green onions sprinkled on top.
I like to eat it on wraps, but it goes just as well on bread, toast, with carrots, celery sticks, pieces of bell pepper, etc.
