Rapid si gustos, ce ti-ai putea dori mai mult de la un desert?
Ingrediente: (pentru ~4 portii)
- un dovleac mic/mediu (al meu a avut ~1200g)
- 100 ml miere
- putina scortisoara macinata
- 150-160 g nuci/alune crude (pot fi de orice fel, eu am avut mix din: alune de padure, nuci pecan, nuci clasice, caju si migdale)

Preparare:
Taiem dovleacul in felii egale, cm de 1,5 cm grosime. Curatam feliile de coaja si seminte.

Intr-o tava pregatita cu hartie de copt, aranjam feliile de dovleac, distribuim in mod egal mierea peste ele si presaram putina scortioasa macinata. Pornim cuptorul si il lasam sa se incinga la 200 de grade.

Bagam tava in cuptorul preincalzit, si coacem dovleacul pentru aproximativ 20 minute. In timpul acesta maruntim grosier cu cutitul nucile.
Dupa 20 de minute scoatem tava din cuptor fara a opri focul. Cu ajutorul unei pensule de patiserie, ungem feliile de dovleac cu sosul lasat in tava. Presaram deasupra nucile tocate si dam inapoi la cuptor pentru inca 8-10 minute (aveti grija sa nu se arda nucile).

Servim cald sau rece, simplu sau alaturi de inghetata, frisca sau fructe.

Quick and tasty, what more could you want from a dessert?
Ingredients: (for ~4 servings)
- one small/medium pumpkin (mine had ~1200g)
- 100 ml of honey
- ground cinnamon
- 150-160 g of raw nuts/hazelnuts (they can be of any kind, I had a mix of: hazelnuts, pecans, classic walnuts, cashews and almonds)
Preparation:
Cut the pumpkin into equal slices, 1.5 cm thick.
Peel the skin and remove the seeds.
Prepare a tray with baking paper, and arrange the pumpkin slices. Evenly distribute the honey over them and sprinkle a little ground cinnamon. Turn on the oven and let it heat up to 200 degrees celsius.
Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake the pumpkin for about 20 minutes. During this time, chop the nuts with a knife.
After 20 minutes, remove the tray from the oven without turning off the heat.
Using a pastry brush, brush the pumpkin slices with the sauce they left in the pan. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top and return to the oven for another 8-10 minutes (be careful not to burn the walnuts).
Serve warm or cold, plain or with ice cream, whipped cream or fruits of your choice.
