Tarta delicioasa, plina de aroma, cu gust intens de banane, foarte usor de facut si de pregatit. Aluatul fraged si budinca cu banane creeaza impreuna un desert super fin si aromat.
Ingrediente: (Pentru o tava de ~26 cm – 12 portii)
Pentru aluat:
- 250 g faina
- 160 g unt
- 50 ml lapte
Pentru budinca:
- 3 oua
- 300 ml smantana lichida
- 150 g zahar
- esenta de vanilie
Pentru ornat:
- 2-3 banane bine coapte
- putin zahar pudra

Preparare:
Intai de toate pregatim aluatul. Topim untul la microunde pret de 30-40 de secunde. Il amestecam cu laptele, adaugam faina si amestecam tot impreuna pana cand obtinem un aluat compact. Dam aluatul la frigider pentru ~30 minute.

Cu 10 minute inainte sa scoatem aluatul din frigider, preparam budinca. Mixam bine de tot zaharul cu ouale pana cand zaharul nu se mai simte si am obtinut o spuma consistenta. Adaugam apoi smantana si esenta de vanilie, mixam iarasi pana la omogenizare si lasam un pic deoparte.

Pornim cuptorul la 180 de grade si il lasam sa se incinga. Pregatim o tava cu hartie de copt. Pe un blat de lucru, punem aluatul scos din frigider si il intindem pana cand obtinem o dimensiune potrivita pentru tava. Transferam aluatul in tava cu ajutorul sucitorului, il asezam si il ridicam bine pe margine. Indepartam surplusul. Turnam in tava peste aluat si compozitia de budinca, dupa ce am mai amestecat-o putin cu o spatula pt omogenizare.

Dam la cuptorul preincalzit intai pentru ~20-25 minute sau pana cand budinca incepe sa se rumeneasca. Intre timp taiem bananele felii egale.

Cand budinca a inceput sa se rumeneasca, scoatem tava din cuptor (fara a opri cuptorul) si asezam feliile de banane deasupra, cu grija. Nu le apasati. In acest punct compozitia de budinca nu e bine legata inca si va fi destul de lichida. (Grjia la manevrare cand o scoateti / bagati inapoi in cuptor). Dam inapoi la cuptor pentru inca 25-30 de minte, sau pana cand budinca s-a legat, nu mai e lichida iar aluatul si suprafata tartei sunt frumos rumenite.

Scoatem de la cuptor si o lasam sa se raceasca complet. Pudram un pic deasupra cu zahar pudra. Este buna rece, direct de la frigider 🙂

- 2-3 well-ripened bananas
- a little powdered sugar
Preparation:
First, we prepare the dough. Melt the butter in the microwave for 30-40 seconds. Mix it with the milk, add flour, and mix everything together until we get a compact dough. Put the dough in the refrigerator for ~30 minutes.
10 minutes before we take the dough out of the fridge, we prepare the pudding. Mix the sugar with the eggs until the sugar is no longer visible and you have obtained a consistent foam. Then add the cream and vanilla essence, mix again until homogenized, and leave a little aside.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare a tray with baking paper. On a work surface, put the dough that you just took out of the refrigerator and stretch it until you get a suitable size for the tray. Transfer the dough to the pan with the help of the rolling pin, place it, and lift it well on the edge. Remove the surplus. Add the pudding mixture into the pan, after mixing it a little with a spatula for homogenization.
Put in the preheated oven first for ~20-25 minutes or until the pudding starts to brown. Meanwhile, cut the bananas into equal slices.
When the pudding has started to brown, remove the tray from the oven (without turning off the oven) and carefully place the banana slices on top. Do not press them. At this point, the pudding composition is not well bound yet and will be quite liquid. (Be careful when handling it when you take it out / put it back in the oven). Put it back in the oven for another 25-30 minutes, or until the pudding has set and the dough and the surface of the tart are nicely browned.
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top. It is good cold directly from the fridge.
