Deliciosi si sanatosi, se fac rapid si sunt gata in maxim 25 de minute cu tot cu coacere :).
Sunt fara zahar, au putina faina si o textura moale, plina de aroma.
Ingrediente: (Pentru ~14 biscuiti)
- 15 curmale
- o lingurita praf de copt
- putina esenta de vanilie
- un ou
- 14 alune de padure sau cati biscuiti va ies (sau migdale, caju, arahide etc – ce va place sau aveti)
- 55 g faina
- 95 g unt de arahide
- o lingura cacao

Preparare:
Curmalele se curata de samburi, se pun intr-un blender si se proceseaza pana cand obtinem o pasta.

Intr-un bol se amesteca toate ingredientele in afara de alune. Amestecam bine pana obtinem o bila compacta. Se pregateste o tava cu hartie de copt. Se porneste cuptorul la 180 de grade si se lasa sa se incinga. Cu ajutorul unei linguri luam bucati din aluat si formam niste bile de marimea unor perisoare. Le aplatizam apoi putin si le transferam in tava. In mijlocul fiecarui biscuite punem cate o aluna si presam putin. Procedam astfel pana cand terminam aluatul.

Dam tava la cuptor pentru 15 minute. Ii servim calzi sau reci, cu cafea, lapte ori ca atare.

- a teaspoon baking powder
- a little vanilla essence
- an egg
- 14 hazelnuts or how many biscuits you get (or almonds, cashews, peanuts, etc. – whatever you like or have)
- 55 g flour
- 95 g peanut butter
- a spoonful of cocoa
Preparation:
Take the pits out of the dates, put them in a blender, and blend them until you obtain a paste.
Mix all the ingredients except the hazelnuts in a bowl. Mix well until you get a compact ball. Prepare a tray with baking paper. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees and let it heat up. With the help of a spoon, take some dough and form small balls. Flatten them a little and transfer them to the tray. Put a hazelnut in the middle of each biscuit and press a little. Proceed like this until you finish the dough.
Bake them for 15 minutes. Serve them warm or cold, along with coffee, tea, or milk.
