Paste delicioase, cu gust fresh si plin, usor de facut, pentru burti fericite 🙂
Ingrediente: (pentru 4 portii)
- 3 cepe medii
- 2 ardei grasi
- 3 fire de ceapa verde
- 6 catei de usturoi
- 200 g ton din conserva (produs finit)
- 250 g paste
- 50 g unt
- 400 g rosii in sos (de la conserva)
- 400 g ciuperci
- o mana de masline negre
- o lingura de oregano uscat
- cateva fire de busuioc proaspat
- sare + piper

Preparare:
Ceapa se curata si se taie marunt, usturoiul se curata si se taie feliute, ceapa verde se taie marunt, ciupercile se taie pe din doua si apoi felii egale, ardeiul gras se taie fasii iar tonul se scurge de zeama.
Pastele se fierb conform instructiunilor in apa cu putina sare si cand sunt gata se lasa la scurs intr-o sita pastrand un pic din apa in care au fiert, in caz ca, dupa amestecul cu sosul se vor dovedi prea uscate.
Intr-o tigaie se pune untul si cand acesta s-a topit, se adauga ceapa care se caleste pret de cateva minute pana cand incepe sa se inmoaie. Se adauga apoi usturoiul, se amesteca bine si apoi dupa un minut se adauga si ardeiul gras si se gatesc impreuna 3 minute. Adaugam apoi rosiile din conserva si oregano uscat, piper si putina sare si amestecam bine. Gatim pentru aproximativ 4 minute.

Adaugam apoi ciupercile taiate, punem un capac si lasam sa se gateasca la foc mediu pentru aproximativ 5 minute. Adaugam apoi maslinele, amestecam bine, punem capacul la loc si mai lasam ~5 minute sa se gatesca. Adaugam apoi ceapa verde, amestecam bine, mai gatim cam un minut, dupa care oprim focul si adaugam pastele fierte in prealabil.

Amestecam bine si transferam intr-un bol. Presaram deasupra tonul scurs, putin piper, sare daca e nevoie si frunze proapete de busuioc.

Ingredients: (for 4 servings)
- 3 medium onions
- 2 bell peppers
- 3 green onions
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 200 g canned tuna (after draining)
- 250 g pasta
- 50 g butter
- 400 g tomatoes in sauce (canned)
- 400 g mushrooms
- a handful of black olives
- a spoonful of dried oregano
- a few sprigs of fresh basil
- salt + pepper
Preparation:
Clean the onion and cut it into small pieces. Peel off the garlic and cut it into slices, cut the green onion into small pieces, cut the mushrooms in half and then into equal slices, cut the bell pepper into strips, and drain the juice from the tuna.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions and when ready, drain in a colander, keeping a little of the water in which they were cooked, in case they turn out to be too dry after mixing with the sauce.
Put the butter in a pan and when it has melted, add the onion, and saute for a few minutes until it starts to soften. Then add the garlic, mix well, and after a minute add the bell pepper and cook together for 3 minutes. Add the canned tomatoes and dried oregano, pepper, and a little salt, and mix well. Cook for about 4 minutes.
Add the cut mushrooms, put a lid on, and let it cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add the olives, mix well, put the lid back on, and let it cook for another ~5 minutes. Add the green onion, mix well, and cook for about another minute, then turn off the heat and add the previously cooked pasta.
Mix well and transfer to a bowl. Sprinkle the drained tuna on top, a little pepper, salt if needed, and fresh basil leaves.
