Somon cu spanac, in sos de smantana cu mustar si sirop de artar – Salmon with spinach in cream sauce, with mustard and maple syrup

Delicios si ultra usor de facut. Il puteti manca ca atare sau il puteti alatura unor cartofi facuti la cuptor, salata, cartofi prajiti sau orice altceva va place voua.

Ingrediente: (pentru 3 portii)

  • 650-700 g somon file (eu am avut 6 bucati)
  • 350 ml smantana lichida
  • 3 linguri cu varf de mustar
  • 100 ml vin alb
  • o lingura sirop de artar
  • 300 g spanac proaspat
  • cateva fire de marar proaspat
  • zeama de la o jumatate de lamaie mare sau zeama de la o lamaie mica
  • piper + sare
  • putin ulei de masline

Preparare:

Intr-o tigaie antiaderenta, punem putin ulei de masline. Pestele il spalam si il presaram cu sare si piper. Cand uleiul s-a incins, punem la rumenit pestele si il rumenim pe ambele parti pana cand prinde o culoare frumoasa.

Cand am terminat de rumenit pestele il scoatem pe o farfurie si lasam putin deoparte.

In aceeasi tigaie, punem: smantana, zeama de lamaie, vinul, mustarul, piperul si siropul de artar si amestecam bine. Fierbem la foc mediu, amestecand periodic, cam 5 minute. Adaugam apoi treptat spanacul, amestecand usor. Punem apoi si mararul tocat marunt, amestecam sa incorporam totul bine si apoi adaugam inapoi in tigaie somonul rumenit mai devreme. Presaram sare si piper deasupra, punem capacul si mai lasam sa se gateasca la foc mediu cam 5 minute.

Servim ca atare, sau alaturi de garnitura preferata.

English translation:

Delicious and ultra-easy to prepare. You can eat it as is or you can pair it with baked potatoes, salad, fried potatoes, or anything else you like.

Ingredients: (for 3 servings)

  • 650-700 g salmon fillet (I had 6 pieces)
  • 350 ml cooking cream
  • 3 tablespoons of mustard
  • 100 ml white wine
  • a spoonful of maple syrup
  • 300 g fresh spinach
  • a few sprigs of fresh dill
  • juice from half a large lemon or juice from a small lemon
  • pepper + salt
  • a little olive oil

Preparation:

In a non-stick pan, put a little olive oil. Wash the fish and sprinkle it with salt and pepper. When the oil is hot, brown the fish on both sides until it gets a nice color.

When you are done with the fish, take it out on a plate and leave it aside.

In the same pan, put the: cooking cream, lemon juice, wine, mustard, pepper, and maple syrup and mix well. Boil on medium heat, stirring periodically, for about 5 minutes. Then gradually add the spinach, mixing gently. Add the finely chopped dill, mix to incorporate everything well, and then add back to the pan the salmon you cooked earlier. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top put the lid on and let it cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
