Daca sunteti fani lamaie, aceasta reteta este pentru voi. Este o tarta super aromata, cu un gust intens de lamaie, acrisoara, ideala pentru a fi servita cu ceai sau cafea. Este delicioasa rece de la frigider, alaturi de o cupa din inghetata favorita, dar este aproape la fel de buna si calduta, daca nu aveti rabdare sa o lasati la racit 🙂
Se face rapid si usor.
Ingrediente: (pentru 12 portii – o tava de ~28 cm)
Pentru blat:
- 230 g unt topit sau la temperatura camerei
- 100 g zahar
- esenta de vanilie
- 250 g faina
Pentru crema de lamaie:
- 7 oua la temperatura camerei
- 400 g zahar
- coaja rasa de la 5-6 lamai
- 200 ml suc de lamaie proaspat stors
- 120 g faina
Zahar pudra pentru presarat deasupra.

Preparare:
Intr-un bol incapator, cu ajutorul unui mixer, amestecam zaharul cu untul pana cand zaharul este aproape topit. Adaugam esenta de vanilie si faina si mixam pana la omogenizare. Transferam aluatul (care va fi destul de lipicios si va trebui intins in tava, cu rabdare, cu ajutorul degetelor sau a unei spatule) intr-o tava pregatita in prealabil cu hartie de copt. Dam tava pentru ~20 minute la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade.

Cat timp se coace baza noastra, preparam crema de lamaie. Radem coaja de pe lamaile spalate (folosim lamai bio) si apoi stoarcem cantitatea necesara de zeama de lamaie.

Intr-un bol incapator, cu ajutorul unui mixer, mixam ouale impreuna cu zaharul, pana cand zaharul este dizolvat bine. Adaugam apoi coaja rasa de lamaie si mixam iarasi. Se adauga faina si zeama de lamaie si mixam pana la omogenizare.

Intre timp baza noasta s-a copt si o scoatem afara fara sa oprim cuptorul. Turnam crema preparata mai devreme, peste baza de aluat si dam inapoi la cuptor pentru ~30-35 de minute sau pana cand suprafata este rumenita si daca miscam tava stanga-dreapta, crema nu are o tinuta gelationasa si este ferma.

Lasam sa se raceasca cel putin o ora si apoi o putem servi.
Portionam si pudram cu zahar.

It is a super aromatic tart, with an intense lemony and sour taste, ideal to be served with tea or coffee. It’s delicious cold from the fridge, along with a scoop of your favorite ice cream, but if you don’t have the patience to let it cool, you can also enjoy it warm 🙂
Ingredients: (for 12 servings – a ~28 cm pan)
For the dough:
- 230 g melted butter or at room temperature
- 100 g sugar
- vanilla essence
- 250 g flour
For the lemon cream:
- 7 eggs room temperature
- 400 g sugar
- grated peel from 5-6 lemons
- 200 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 120 g flour
Powdered sugar for sprinkling on top.
Preparation:
In a large bowl, using a mixer, mix the sugar with butter until the sugar is almost melted. Add the vanilla essence and the flour and mix until smooth. Transfer the dough to a tray prepared in advance with baking paper. The dough will be quite sticky and you will have to be stretched it directly in the tray, with the help of your fingers or a spatula.
After you are done, put the tray in the preheated oven to 180 degrees celsius for ~20 minutes.
While the base is baking, prepare the lemon cream. Grate the peel off of the lemons (use organic lemons) and then squeeze the necessary amount of lemon juice.
In a large bowl, using a mixer, mix the eggs together with the sugar, until the sugar is well dissolved. Then add the grated lemon peel and mix again. Add flour and lemon juice and mix until smooth.
In the meantime, the base is baked so take it out without turning off the oven. Pour the cream you prepared earlier, over the dough base and return the pie to the oven for ~30-35 minutes or until the surface is browned and if we shake the pan left-right, the cream does not have a gelatinous appearance and is firm.
Let it cool for at least an hour and then you can serve it.
