Delicios, sanatos, usor de facut, hranitor si plin de arome, acest pui cu broccoli in stil asiatic este un deliciu care se face usor si rapid.
Ingrediente: (pentru 2 portii)
- 400 g ciuperci
- 5-6 catei de usturoi
- 2 morcovi mari
- 200 g broccoli
- 150 g spanac proaspat
- 250 g piept de pui
- 100 ml sos de soia
- 4 linguri sos chili (eu am folosit sriracha)
- 20 ml ulei
- coriandru proaspat si seminte de susan pentru decor la final

Preparare:
Pieptul de pui se spala si se taie cuburi potrivite. Morcovii se curata, se taie in 2-3 bucati, bucatile se taie felii si apoi feliile se taie fasii egale. Usturoiul se curata si se taie felii. Ciupercile se taie in doua si apoi se taie felii egale. Broccoli se spala si se taie buchetele.

Intr-o oala punem apa cu sare si fierbem broccoli pentru 7-8 minute sau pana cand este gatit dar inca crunchy. Cand e gata il scurgem intr-o sita si il lasam deoparte.
Intr-un wok incapator, punem uleiul la incins. Adaugam pieptul de pui si usturoiul si le rumenim pana cand pieptul de pui incepe sa prinda culoare. Adaugam apoi morcovul si gatim 3-4 minute. Adaugam ciupercile si gatim pana cand acestea incep sa se inmoaie.

Adaugam apoi sosul se soia si sosul de chili si amestecam bine. Adaugam frunzele de spanac si amestecam usor pana cand acestea se inmoaie. Punem in wok brocoli fiert in prealabil si amestecam bine. Mai gatim cam un minut si oprim focul.

Transferam pe un platou si presaram deasupra coriandru proaspat, tocat marunt si seminte de susan.

Delicious, healthy, easy to prepare, nutritious and full of flavors, this Asian-style broccoli chicken is a delicacy that is fast and easy to make.
Ingredients: (for 2 servings)
- 400 g mushrooms
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- 2 large carrots
- 200 g broccoli
- 150 g fresh spinach
- 250 g chicken breast
- 100 ml soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons chili sauce (I used sriracha)
- 20 ml oil
- fresh coriander and sesame seeds
Preparation:
Wash the chicken breast and cut it into suitable cubes. Clean the carrots, cut them into 2-3 pieces, cut the pieces into slices and then cut the slices into equal strips. Peel off the garlic and cut it into slices. Cut the mushrooms in half and then cut them into equal slices. Wash the broccoli and cut the florets.
Put water and salt in a pot and boil the broccoli for 7-8 minutes or until it is cooked but still crunchy. When it’s ready, drain it in a colander and leave it aside. Heat the oil in a large wok. Add the chicken breast and garlic and fry them until the chicken breast starts to brown a little. Then add the carrots and cook for another 3-4 minutes, before adding the mushrooms and cooking everything until the mushrooms start to soften.
Then add the soy sauce and chili sauce and mix well. Add the spinach leaves and mix gently until they soften. Add the pre-cooked broccoli to the wok and mix well. Cook for another minute and turn off the heat.
Transfer to a plate and sprinkle fresh, finely chopped coriander and sesame seeds on top.
