Super delicioasa si super usor de facut , aceasta tarta este o idee buna pentru pranz sau cina 🙂
Ingrediente: (Pentru 8 portii)
- 150 g spanac proaspat
- 2 cepe mari
- un aluat de tarta sau un aluat foitaj
- 4 oua
- 2 ardei kapia mari sau 2 ardei grasi
- 250 g branza feta
- 5-6 catei de usturoi
- 300 g bacon crud
- 250 ml lapte
- sare + piper
- 20 ml ulei de masline

Preparare:
Ceapa se curata, se taie in sferturi si apoi felii egale. Ardeii kapia se taie pe lung in patru si apoi felii egale. Usturoiul se curata si se taie feliute.
Intr-o tigaie incapatoare rumenim baconul. Cand acesta este rumenit il scoatem cu ajutorul unei palete cu gauri intr-un bol.

Grasimea ramasa in tigaie de la bacon, o completam cu cei 20 ml de ulei. Cand uleiul este incins, adaugam ceapa si o calim un pic pana se inmoaie. Adaugam apoi usturoiul si gatim impreuna inca un minut dupa care adaugam ardeii kapia si ii gatim impreuna cu ceapa pentru inca 3-4 minute.

Se adauga spanacul spalat, se amesteca de cateva ori pana cand se inmoaie si se oppreste focul.

Intr-un bol se amesteca bine cu furculita ouale, impreuna cu laptele si cu piper pus dupa gust. Turnam amestecul de oua si lapte in oala peste legumele gatite mai devreme, amestecam bine, adaugam baconul rumenit si branza rupta bucatele si amestecam totul bine.

Intr-o tava pregatita cu hartie de copt, punem aluatul si turnam compozitia peste. Mai presaram putin piper deasupra daca e nevoie.

Dam la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade, pentru ~25-30 de minute sau pana cand tarta este bine rumenita.

- 1 tart dough or 1 puff pastry
- 4 eggs
- 2 large bell peppers
- 250 g feta cheese
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- 300 g raw bacon
- 250 ml milk
- salt + pepper
- 20 ml olive oil
Preparation:
Peel the onion, cut it into quarters and then into equal slices. Cut the peppers lengthwise into quarters and then into equal slices. Peel the garlic and cut into slices.
Fry the bacon in a large pan. When it becomes crispy, remove it with the help of a spatula and place it in a bowl.
Add 20 ml of oil to the pan and mix it with whatever fat remains from the bacon. Add the onion and fry it a little bit, until it softens. Then add the garlic and cook together for another minute, add the peppers and cook everything together for another 3-4 minutes.
Add the spinach, mix several times until it softens, and turn off the heat.
In a bowl, mix the eggs together with the milk and a little bit of pepper. Pour the mixture of eggs and milk over the vegetables you cooked earlier, add the browned bacon and shredded cheese, and mix everything well.
In a tray with baking paper, put the dough and pour the mixture over it. Sprinkle a little more pepper on top if needed.
Bake it for ~25-30 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius, until the tart is well browned.
