O supa delicioasa si usor de facut.
Din cateva ingrediente, veti obtine o supa absolut delicioasa, care va fi o incantare a gusturilor 🙂
Ingrediente: (Pentru 6 portii)
- 800 ml stock (fond) supa de peste – daca nu aveti fond de peste puteti folosi orice alta baza de supa – vita/legume/pui etc sau puteti folosi 3 cuburi concentrat de supa aroma peste/legume/vita/pui etc si 800 ml apa
- 2 feniculi mari
- cateva fire de marar proaspat
- 250 g creveti proaspeti sau decongelati
- 2 salote mari (sau 2 cepe albe/rosii/galbene – ce aveti)
- 200 ml smantana fermentata
- 200 g cartofi
- sare + piper
- 30 ml ulei

Preparare:
Feniculul se spala, se taie baza si se taie in bucati grosiere. Salotele se curata de coaja, se taie pe din doua pe lung si apoi felii egale. Cartofii se curata si se taie cuburi.

Intr-o oala, punem uleiul la incins si cand acesta s-a incins, se adauga ceapa si se caleste cateva minute pana cand se inmoaie. Se adauga apoi cartofii si se gatesc impreuna cu ceapa ~1-2 minute. Se adauga apoi feniculul si se presara putin piper si se amesteca bine.

Adaugam stockul de supa, amestecam bine si lasam sa fiarba ~15 minute sau pana cand feniculul este inmuiat si fiert. Se da de pe foc, se adauga smantana si cu ajutorul unui blender vertical se mixeaza bine pana cand se obtine consistenta dorita. La final adaugam mararul tocat marunt si amstecam cu o lingura.

Intr-o tigaie, in putin ulei, rumenim pret de cateva minute crevetii asezonati cu un pic de sare si piper.

Servim cu creveti presarati deasupra si decorat cu un firicel de marar.

Ingredients: (For 6 servings)
- 800 ml fish soup stock – if you don’t have fish stock you can use any other soup base – beef/vegetable/chicken etc or you can use 3 cubes of fish/vegetable/beef/chicken flavored soup concentrate and 800 ml the water
- 2 large fennels
- a few sprigs of fresh dill
- 250 g fresh or thawed shrimps
- 2 large shallots (or 2 white/red/yellow onions – whatever you have)
- 200 ml fermented cream
- 200 g potatoes
- salt + pepper
- 30 ml sunflower oil
Preparation:
Wash the fennel, cut off the base and cut into coarse pieces. Peel the shallots, cut them in half lengthwise and then into equal slices. Clean the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
In a pot, heat the oil and when it is hot, add the onion and saute for a few minutes until it softens. Then add the potatoes and cook them together with the onion for ~1-2 minutes. Then add the fennel, sprinkle a little pepper and mix well.
Add the soup stock, mix well and let it boil for ~15 minutes or until the fennel is softened and cooked. Take off the heat, add the cream and mix well with the help of a vertical blender until the desired consistency is obtained. At the end, add the finely chopped dill and mix with a spoon.
In a pan add a little oil and brown the shrimps. Season with a little salt and pepper at the end.
Serve the soup with shrimps sprinkled on top and decorate with a sprig of dill.
