Supa delicioasa, plina de legume si cu o aroma irezistibila de afumatura, va fi deliciul zilelor sau a serilor racoroase.
Ingrediente: (Pentru 4 portii)
- 350 g ciuperci
- 100 g taitei integrali
- 3 tije de apio
- 2 morcovi mari
- 3 fire de ceapa verde
- 200 g fasole verde pastai
- 300 g bacon crud afumat
- 2 cuburi concentrat de supa aroma legume
- 2 ardei kapia (sau ardei grasi)
- 2,5 l de apa
- piper
- patrunjel proaspat

Preparare:
Fasolea pastai se taie marunt (sau mai mare daca preferati), ardeii kapia se taie in 4 pe lung si apoi feliute egale, apio se taie in doua pe lung si apoi feliute egale, morcovii se taie fideluta (sau rondele daca asa preferati), ceapa verde se taie rondele egale iar ciupercile se taie in bucati medii-mari.

Intr-o oala incapatoare, se pun cei 2,5 l de apa, impreuna cu baconul si cuburile de concentrat de supa si se fierb la foc mediu ~10 minute. (Spumuiti daca e nevoie). Se adauga apoi, ardeiul si morcovul si se lasa la fiert pt inca ~8 minute.

Adaugam apoi fasolea pastai, lasam sa fiarba cam 2 minute si adaugam ciupercile. Fierbem pentru inca ~10 minute sau pana cand ciupercile sunt aproape fierte.

Adaugam apoi ceapa verde si taiteii si mai fierbem ~5 minute. Oprim focul si lasam ~10 minute sa se raceasca.

Presaram deasupra piper dupa gust si patrunjel tocat si servim.

Delicious soup, full of vegetables and with an irresistible smoked flavour, will be a delight during cool days or evenings.
Ingredients: (For 4 servings)
- 350 g mushrooms
- 100 g whole noodles
- 3 stalks of celery
- 2 large carrots
- 3 green onions
- 200 g green beans
- 300 g raw smoked bacon
- 2 cubes of vegetable flavor soup concentrate
- 2 bell peppers
- 2.5 l of water
- pepper
- fresh parsley
Preparation:
Cut into small pieces the green beans (or larger if you prefer), cut the peppers into 4 lengthwise and then into equal slices, cut the celery into into equal slices, cut the carrots into strips, the green onions into equal slices and the mushrooms into medium-large pieces.
In a large pot, put the water, together with the bacon and the soup concentrate cubes and boil on medium heat for ~10 minutes. (Foam if needed). Then add the pepper and the carrot and let it cook for another ~8 minutes.
Then add the green beans, let it boil for about 2 minutes and add the mushrooms. Boil for another ~10 minutes or until the mushrooms are almost cooked.
Add the green onion and the noodles and cook for another ~5 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it cool down for ~10 minutes.
Sprinkle pepper to taste and chopped parsley on top and serve.
