Toast-urile mele prefarate 🙂
- o lipie tip tortilla wraps

Preparare:
Intr-o tigaie antiaderenta incinsa, fara ulei, punem lipia.

English translation:
My favourite toasts 🙂
They’re easy to put together, they’re insanely good when warm, but they’re (almost) just as good cold, they’re easy to prepare. They don’t crumble, so they’re easy to eat in public spaces or when we’re on the move, ideal for trips, they don’t disintegrate, perfect good for breakfast, but they can be an equally successful lunch.
If you cut them into triangles, you can serve them as an appetizer or snack when you have guests, or on any other occasion 🙂 .
You can make them with your favorite fillings and in whatever combinations come to mind. Sometimes I add an egg inside them.
But that’s a story for another recipe 🙂
Ingredients: (for 1 toast)
- 1 tortilla wrap
- 2 slices of gouda (or any melting cheese or cheese you like or have at home)
- 2-3 slices of your favorite ham
- tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, spinach, etc. (optional for serving)
- ketchup, sriracha or any other sauce you like and want to add (optional) – I add a few drops of sriracha 🙂
Preparation:
In a heated non-stick pan, without oil, put the wrap. Add 2 slices of cheese + 2 slices of ham and with the help of a spatula fold the sides, pressing a little.
After folding the sides, fold the ends as well, using the spatula. Press a little with the spatula and let it brown for ~30 seconds. Turn the toast to the other side and let it brown for 30-50 seconds, depending on how brown you like it to be.
Careful not to burn it.
Put them on a plate and serve them warm, along with tomatoes, cucumbers, avocados or any other vegetables you like. 🙂
If you try the recipe, let me know how you liked it! 😊

Deliciu rapid si simplu de facut ❤ .
Sunt curioasa daca veti incerca reteta, sa imi spuneti cum v-a placut. 🙂
