O mancare delicioasa si aromata, pe care e musai sa o incercati. Daca tineti post sau urmati o dieta vegana, reteta asta este potrivita si pentru voi 🙂
Ingrediente: (5 portii)
- 10 vinete mici (baby)
- 2 rodii
- frunze de menta proaspata
- 4 linguri mari de tahini
- o lamaie
- sare
- ulei de masline
- amestec condimete Za’atar
- 5 catei de usturoi

Preparare:
Vinetele se spala, se taie pe jumatate si se cresteaza ca in poza de mai jos.

Se presara cu sare, za’atar din abundenta, ulei de masline de asemenea si se rade coaja de la lamaia spalata in prealabil, peste ele. Se amesteca bine, se freaca cu mana fiecare vanata in parte ca sa intre condimentele printre crestaturile facute mai devreme.

Se lasa jumatate de ora, pentru ca toate gusturile sa se intrepatrunda.
Pregatim o tigaie antiaderenta, in care punem putin ulei de masline. Prajim vinetele cateva minute pe fiecare parte. Va fi necesar pe parcurs sa mai adaugam ulei in tigaie, urmariti sa nu ramana fara ulei si sa se arda.

Pornim cuptorul la 200 de grade si il lasam sa se incinga. Cand am terminat de prajit vinetele, le transferam pe toate intr-o tava de cuptor, pregatita cu hartie de copt. Dam tava la cuptor pentru aproximativ 15-20 de minute sa se rumeneasca bine.

Cat timp vinetele se fac la cuptor, pregatim sosul de tahini. Punem cele 4 linguri de tahini intr-un bol, adaugam zeama de la jumatate de lamaie, usturoiul zdrobit si amestecam. In acest punct pasta noastra o sa se ingroase. Punem pe foc un ibric cu apa si il lasam sa dea in fiert. Adaugam apoi apa fierbinte, treptat, peste pasta noastra de tahini, amestecand continuu, pana cand acesta devine ca un sos.

Curatam rodiile si punem semintele intr-un vas.

Cand sunt gata vinetele noastre, le scoatem de la cuptor, turnam deasupra din abundenta sos de tahini, presaram semintele de rodii si frunzele de menta proaspata.

Ingredients: (5 servings)
- 10 small eggplants (baby)
- 2 pomegranates
- fresh mint leaves
- 4 large spoons of tahini
- 1 lemon
- salt
- olive oil
- Za’atar seasoning mix
- 5 cloves of garlic
Preparation:
Wash the eggplants, cut them in half and cut them in the form of rhombuses on the surface.
Sprinkle with salt, plenty of za’atar, and olive oil and grate the peel from the previously washed lemon over them. Mix well, and rub each eggplant so that the spices enter between the notches made earlier.
Leave it for half an hour, so that all the flavours can blend.
Prepare a non-stick pan, and put a little olive oil. Fry the eggplants for a few minutes on each side. Add more oil to the pan along the way, making sure your pan is oily all the time.
Turn on the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and let it heat up. When you finished frying the eggplants, transfer them all to an oven tray, prepared with baking paper. Put the tray in the oven for about 15-20 minutes and let the eggplants brown well.
While the eggplants are in the oven, prepare the tahini sauce. Put the 4 tablespoons of tahini in a bowl, add the juice of half a lemon, and the crushed garlic and mix. At this point, the paste will thicken. Put a kettle of water on the fire and let it boil. Then add hot water, gradually, over the tahini paste, mixing continuously, until it becomes like a sauce.
Peel the pomegranates and put the seeds in a bowl.
When the eggplants are ready, take them out of the oven, pour plenty of tahini sauce on top, and sprinkle pomegranate seeds and fresh mint leaves.

Din vinete se servește doar pulpa, coaja nu se mănâncă.
